 Hi, I’m James Hardstaff, founder of NotForgotten. I’ve been helping people make confident buying decisions since 2014, building a career in high-end automotive sales with a focus on trust, follow-through, and exceptional service.

Before my sales career, I served in the Australian Army’s Infantry Corps from 2010 to 2014, including deployments to East Timor and Afghanistan. My time in the military taught me the importance of discipline, precision, and reliability — values that I now bring into every client relationship.

I started NotForgotten to help businesses turn more quotes into paying jobs by making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks. I understand the value of every lead, and I’m passionate about delivering a service that’s proactive, professional, and results-driven.
